Available Training

Community Essence Course

The Community Essence Course is an 8-module foundational training for all 
Tergar Community Leaders. This is for you if you are starting a new Tergar group or training as a new Community Leader. Existing Community Leaders can revisit the training at any time.

Umdze Training

The Umdze Training is open to everyone
— whether you are supporting your group or Tergar programs as an umdze or want to learn more about chanting for your personal practice.

The Community Resource Portal stores Tergar’s core documents, recordings of community meetings, and marketing and support materials to host local events.

Community Practice Session Library

The Community Practice Session Library stores resources for leading meditation practice. Everything from session outlines to meditation scripts and practice videos.
